Dear costumer if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund within 14 days. Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com to arrange your return and to check availability of stock if you are seeking an exchange. Please make sure to add your name, address and order details. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
We do not accept any worn or soiled goods. All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed and with the original tags attached. Please take care when unpacking and repacking.
We recommend that you send the goods by registered post with tracking service. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card you used in the purchase within 3 working days after item goods reception and you will be notified by e-mail. In case of exchanged your selected item(s) will be dispatched within the following 5 working days.
To ensure returned goods meet our requirements we always make an inspection before proceeding with full refund. We cannot take responsibility for any damage or lost items in the return transit.
Please note we don’t take returns of sale items but we do accept exchanges for any other goods of same or superior value and new order shipping cost will not be charged. If new order has a lower price from the original one we’ll generate a single-use coupon for a future order.
