Dear costumer if you are in anyway unsatisfied with your purchase you can return your item for an exchange or a full refund (excluding delivery) within 14 days. Please email email@example.com to arrange your return and to check availability of stock if you are seeking an exchange. Return shipping costs are payable by the customer.
All goods must be returned in their original condition and package, please take care when unpacking and repacking. Due to hygiene reasons we cannot take returns of some specific products.
We do not accept any worn or soiled goods. We recommend that you send the goods by registered post & retain proof of posting. Any damage or missing items will be charged for. Refunds will be credited to the credit/debit card you used for the order in question within 2 working days after item reception. Please note we don’t take returns of sale items.
